It's one vote per account. I have three E*Trade accounts with DWAC shares so I got three votes.

I don't think so. Street name retail accounts are represented as one vote per broker.
Multiple accounts with the same issue should still count as one vote per that broker.
Otherwise that may be voter fraud. Although it's debatable what the truth is with a fraud like d-w-a-cked.

I'm sure it'll all shake out with the SEC at some point.
d-w-a-cked can not do a merge while in an active SEC investigation for fraud and stock manipulation and misrepresentation of a spac issue. They are allowed to do normal daily operations which would include phony proxy games, BUT the request to change any dates of operations or extensions MAY fall under the not allowed rules.
