Some folks just want to rattle the cage,but don’t want to get bit. It’s going to go soon,and hopefully hit your average. Most of the time it’s good to average down in that situation, but you have to go your gut, while using your DD to make that decision. I had no choice but to average down,and luckily it improved my situation. GLTA. Go BYOC
