NEXO just started an ETH exchange contest. Of course, I tried to exchange ETH for XRP. No GO. Here's their response.

We would like to inform you that based on the actions initiated by the SEC against Ripple Labs Inc. we were forced to undertake the necessary actions, a temporary suspension of the repayments of Nexo crypto credits and the standard Nexo exchange service related to XRP, to handle the situation properly and compliantly, and prevent any negative consequences for our business and clients’ assets.

Thus for the time being, sadly you will not be able to exchange your XRP assets on our platform.
