Sounds like to me reading this press release that UEEC didn't have the money to hire that third party company Wave was talking about. They had to find a way to do that. Unless I'm making the wrong assumption. If this agreement they just entered into, can take care of that, and this third party company testing the product as Wave said won't take long, then they can finally end this absurd delay of approval. However, once again they don't tell their shareholders anything at all. Keeping it close to the vest is one thing. What Thom is doing is over the top.
