There is NO other reason whatsoever in the ENTIRE environment of Public companies to do a PCAOB audit if there isn't substantial benefits/reasoning for doing so.. From a speculation . assumption perspective ALONE That far outweighs a higher degree of positive speculation than negative with an OTC shell with a new businesses merging in to the holding company -- NO ONE takes on the added timeline and expense of a PCAOB audit Just Cuz - LOL too funny! Nuff Said

Claiming a huge merger is right around the corner as if it were fact when it is purely speculation is disingenuous at best.
