These people are going to lose control and have an explosion because they never operate with a "devil's in the details" approach. 3% failure is fine?!? How many days until that 3% becomes 100% if it accumulates within and due to an idiosyncratic risk (AMC/GME) in the market; or worse yet, a systemic (Naked) problem? It's a damn good thing nuke forces & energy plants don't operate with a bullcrap "3% failure is good enough" philosophy!
Meh, it's only Wall Street and the world economy...Geez!

Bring on blockchain and auditing capabilities immediately! Proactively, before it's too late...
