thanks for the PMs I too have held this one it is a special situation company and it has a low PE ration which I see as limiting downside. As for the other 2 we have been talking about I fear any SPAC is dead in the water in the current market climate. Does not make sense for a SPAC to buy until market drops and they can get the target at a lower price. The div has been cut on the one that was to pay so its upside has been cut. Will hold but will not increase holdings in it. I'm moving more funds into the bears I told you about and the puts. Enjoy the west coast. Looks like we spend January with my wife's sister and brother in law in FL again. We use to do AZ but saw everyting I think there was to see. DOn't play as much golf as we use to.

Hey I'm getting carried away as I have a toddy after going with some kids and gfrandkids into our woods. They ran into some baldface hornets. Not an enjoyable experience. They also were not wearing long pants. Tommorw they can treeat the poison ivy. I keep telling them long pants and high shoes. They should listen to grandpa.
