A lot of good points and agree with the majority. For me, is that worth 5 million in toxic dilution to boot? Solid no here. The financials would have to adjust for the valuation and highly doubt it gets there, let alone accretive. Nothing proprietary as well. Still think the best avenue is the RM. A win on multiple levels.
