23 BILLION LEK is the damage that the Supreme State Control has found in the construction of HPPs and mines in Albania thanks to the permits granted by MIE and Belinda Balluku in the years 2019-2021.

MIE did not act despite being notified by the National Agency of Natural Resources that it discovered violations even before the audit, for each concession contract.

15 million Lek damage was added to the amount of damage from the change in the amount of electricity produced due to the lack of budget benefit.

The non-execution of penalties by MIE, apart from the damage it has brought to the State Budget, does not encourage concessionaires to activate resources.
