Fairly certain not today (if ever).

This morning they threw up a new graphic stating that they were awaiting approval. I think that is what they fed investors today so they wouldn't lose all hope when it doesn't drop by the point of timer expiry tonight.

They set the timer - again - tho they have absolutely no control over when it might be approved.

Pumped up the price pretty good on Friday, in doing so...prior to the last few moments before close, anyway. Mission accomplished, I guess.
