Once $icnm obtains OTCIQ access, they'll make the changes. Right now, the situation is similar to that of $NOUV, nobody currently have OTCIQ access. Normally, OTC disables @Alpharidge_Cap access (even as a consultant) once they receive "change-of-control" application.
