As Bob Hope used to say... thanks for the memories... just for a chuckle, I went back to see how optimistic we were a year ago (Ok, two years ago)... I was in the same camp, so I am not tossing stones... but this is funny in hindsight.

I spoke to John recently about this fall's expo. Whereas NV fully expects to have a market ready product to demonstrate by this fall, John does not rule out the possible it will be available much sooner. If it were to be completed sooner, it would be the result of the alliances and combined partnerships we are pursuing to bring our technology to market. With our corporate plan to license cu@ocx, we will need companies to make the chipsets/equipment and companies to use/operate this technology. These 800lb gorillas will have the human resources and R&D departments to develope our prototypes faster.

Each of our founding engineers did receive their 1,250,000 shares (10,000,000presplit) upon release of the predetermined milestone (lu verf.) they are promised more upon 1 billion in sales.

10,000,000 restricted shares of common stock have been delivered to an escrow agent and will be released to the New Wheel stockholders upon the achievement by New Wheel of a technological development milestone. Additional compensation would be paid to the New Wheel stockholders if New Wheel's high speed digital transmission technology generates revenues for the company in excess of $1 billion, or if there is a sale of assets or stock, or a merger of New Visual or any of its affiliates in which the New Wheel technology comprises at least 15% of the consideration.

Ok, this one is from last year, not two yrs ago..... oh, how we paint the pictures we most want to see become reality (and I have done so too... )

I am happy to say after waiting through years of tumultuous development in this speculative investment, that we are not an OTC company breaking through the chains of mediocrity any longer. New Visual is an investment yes, but they are also a pioneer in the development of a truly remarkable and unique technology. Our last days on the OTC, will be replaced by our future with the respect of the industry on the big boards. The time for us is now. We started with little credibility and no respect. Now we have specialists, doctors and those involved with DSL at the very core, desiring to be a part of this exciting technology.

Results from Lucent Technologies test in Feb of 2001; Tests conducted by a division of a leading telecommunications equipment maker have confirmed that the Company's patent-pending Cu@OCx broadband transmission technology transmitted data over a standard 26-gauge copper telephone wire pair for a distance of 8,980 feet at a speed of 54.445 million bits per second (Mbps).

After Dr. Propp (Adaptive Networks) came on board in Aug of 2001 he stated, "We are pleased to be a part of this intriguing development. New Visual has assembled quite a team of expert advisors and consultants to collaborate towards commercializing a novel broadband transmission achievement. I view this opportunity to work with the New Visual engineers and technical advisors as an important extension of our previous efforts in broadband transmission."

Also in Aug. of 2001 Dr. David Greaves of Cambridge University, MIEE (founder of Virata and chief scientist) stated; "I welcome the opportunity to work with New Visual, its technical team, and its management. I am delighted to work with the talented team New Visual has assembled and look forward to the completion and commercialization of this exciting technology."

More recently in Jan. Of 2002; According to Michael Propp, Ph.D., MIT, Adaptive's president and a member of New Visual's advisory board, "We have made significant engineering progress over the last two months. Our assumptions about the noise characteristics of the medium (copper telephone wire) have been validated. This enables us to improve data transmission on the medium to the extent that we anticipated. In particular, we can exploit the dynamic characteristics of the higher-frequency noise to maximize the available bandwidth and consequently throughput, by continuously exploiting dynamic changes in the available signal-to-noise ratio."

This month New Visual hired Thomas Cooper (former senior VP of Globspan/Virata and arguably the main driving force behind their explosive growth). Upon his hiring Cooper stated: "New Visual represents precisely the right opportunity for me to leverage my experience, industry contacts, business skills and enthusiasm for comprehensive delivery of broadband. I am very excited about working closely with management to advance their high-speed solution to market and look forward to making a meaningful contribution to the Board

Dr. David Greaves added: "It is great to be working with Tom again. His marketing know-how and ability to achieve aggressive growth objectives were responsible for the successful market positioning of Virata and should serve New Visual and its shareholders well."

Today New Visual announces the appointment of worldwide respected scientist Dr. Walter Chen. Dr. Chen will consult with the Company in the technical development and completion of its technology. Dr Chen stated, "I look forward to collaborating with the Company's engineering team, providing meaningful input to the Board and offering technical direction to management. I'm delighted to join such a world-class group of industry and academic professionals committed to the development of this advanced technology,"

These are exciting days, not just for us shareholders but for those intricately involved in our technological development…The word is spreading in the industry…..I do not know where New Visual’s future will go, but our technology is fast becoming the buzz word in the industry and the solution to the last mile challenge.
