You might be able to speak your peace at sentencing if that's something you are interested in. Given your story I would think it would have a definite impact.

It seems the court limited Mark's movement to Northern CA only after the verdict. And they will do a financial audit to make sure he's not unloading money somewhere before the court imposes financial penalties.

It seems like the SEC is gearing up for a lifetime director ban and fines as well.
