The dilution is massive, debt piled up. Sadly disappointed in daybreak as of lately. Really wish the dilution had not occurred.
JJ I think the market here is extremely thinly traded - I don’t see the .05 value either- not even close- we’ve been here a long time. When I read the filing - I got that lump in my throat. First thing came to my mind - how can they not get to higher exchange without a RS at some point? If they do- what’s the split?

The kern lease really has been imo a bust, just not enough barrels of production with thick heavy API and a singular buyer of it to market. The debt too. Lack of further exploration over many years. What if their oil buyer stops buying?

The Reabold situation - imo I was surprised how it was structured but who knows with daybreak - we’ve been here before down this road.
