Judge Lamberth is in full control of what goes on in his courtroom. He is fully aware of Gov corruption and shady practices and has demonstrated an intolerance for it in the past. He is a seasoned judge and has seen it all. He's a proud old school Texas firebrand and I'm sure not pleased with the direction Gov is taking. He's now in a position to right the ship and make a name for himself before sailing into the sunset. Previously, he rolled out the red carpet for Gov.
