Mitsui needs to get paid for his investment in Bioamber Sarnia, the company worked their (a -s) off for years to grown Bioamber in Asia, KKR knows that, a merger to include Mitsui needs to happen, Lanzatech merger, does include Mitsui and Lcy chemical, then Origin into another step to go bigger, do you think Mitsui is a stupid company to sign and accept $1 for their at least $65M in the Bioamber Sarnia plant
