This is a great deal for GE ! They shed 100% of the risk and get a chunk of HYLN... Even it the contraption never works.
Or if it can never be sold.
Who wants hydrogen at $16.00 per gallon equivalent and NOT Zero-Emissions?
HYLN bought a pig in the poke, and GE got a big chunk of HYLN for peanuts.
