Is there a special reason Rop judges would take so long for something so straightforward?

Past 2 years is too long.
Demarco was 3 years.

Horrible precedent if allowed. No oversight ever. For fhfa forever and maybe other agencies as well. This judgement would be cited.

Or....something else? At what point would anyone here think they are waiting on announcement to be strategic for whatever reason?
2 weeks prior to Lamberth? 1 week? 1 day? Or maybe a few days after Lamberth?

Which point from here on makes you suspicious?

I'm always suspicious, but that's me. Taking this long to decide is a bit much. Do they need help typing their opinion or what?
