In it for the RM. Everything else is smoke and mirrors. The acquisition is a joke on many levels or nefarious. It won't happen IMO and it'll be under the safe harbors. That's why the LOI wasn't issued as an official press release, although it does qualify as a material event. Probably got away with that by revealing it in the filing. No S8 either. I gave the reasons why I believe that's their overall intentions. I've still seen nothing to suggest otherwise. You can't be this misspoken, on all matters, for this long, without alternative intentions.
