My opinion only. Reverse splits are good if there is a commensurate achievable goal. It is not good if the sole purpose is to reduce the OS with the only purpose to provide a livelihood for insiders.
I have been through reverse splits some did well a few did worse.
If the CEO is paying down debt and buying back shares, to enhance stockholder value I would be for it not that I would be asked.
