The licensing agreement dated 6/10/21 you posted on the LCI site was very interesting. It was signed by NH on behalf of Mikah and by Marc Bergman CFO on behalf of Elite. On 4/14/22, 8 months later, Marc resigned. In effect, NH , sole proprietor of Mikah was making a deal with a company that he has controlling interest. The BOD that signed off on the deal owns no shares other than the shares given as stock bonus in lieu of salary. Hmmm.
