Funny, that's what we've been saying for close on 5 years now! Don't trust the Duds. Every year he says they are going to FID and at the last minute, something has always reared its ugly head. The longer they wait, the more likely for some unforseen worldly event to overtake them once again. He who hesitates is lost.

Wonder why they chose to announce the HOA with Centrica vs waiting until they had a legitimate, binding SPA? An HOA is nothing more than a Term and Condition sheet which may or may not come to fruition. I bet my money on the premature announcement as mere window dressing for FERC. It certainly isn't in Centrica's best interest to make the HOA public unless of course Centrica is using it to see if they can't find a better deal. And they have had almost a month now to finalize the HOA. Seems like they could have ironed out any final details by now. Actually, gives the competition time to come in and steal the deal right from under Delfin's runny nose.

4 times at it and not a shovel in the ground to date. Or maybe FERC will just be so disgusted that they rubber stamp the renewal.

I do think this will happen this year but if history is any guide, keep your powder dry for another day.
