Price Going Much Lower!!

I was in this in early 2019. the price action was about where it is today. Once the price drop started...IT DIDN'T STOP!

02/27/2019 - PACV @ 0.0066 - It stayed here for a few months at this level
*12/05/2019 -PACV @ 0.0017 - Price ended up here by Dec until it hit .0009!

There are still too many note holders for this to maintain positive price action. Float is still low, but that is going to change moving forward.
