NEW NUMBER now 116 mil shares = MATCHES NONE OF THEIR FILINGS and none of their mulligan do-overs etc WTF AGAIN ????

This company has been filing for over a year. And has had 3 Attorney Letters provided. If all was "up to snuff" this would have been trading months ago.

The problem here is not whether GIFX is current in it's filings, but the promo scams Kisa has published in Yeni Bakis and on various media outlets. Most have been scrubbed, but that does not take away the fact that Kisa tried to con investors with all the BS about Fishing Fleets, Airlines, Theme Parks and Crypto. And until clarification of his legal troubles from his arrest for financial crimes, this could stay Caveat Emptor. Could even get revoked.

Kisa CAN NOT and HAS NOT ever even provided PROOF HE'S BEEN CLEARED BY THE TRNC COURT vs merely BONDING OUT - and THAT ALONE = CAVEAT EMPTOR per the OTC's own policies !!

Let alone that THE SEC has smacked this SCAM for the CRYPTO "ICO SCAM" which has been a top, top priority at THE SEC for a yr plus now - they are BUSTING DOWN HARD AS A BUNKER BUSTER on any off-shore "Crypo fraud" and "Scam ICO coin offerings" and the TRNC would be top of their hit list for CRIME HAVEN watch-list crap hole un-countries !!

The SHELL IF FOR SALE - that is the ONLY thing that makes sense IMO. Kisa per his own filings is a ONE MAN SHOW in a world economic collapse and a Turkish Lira where one is going to need wheelbarrows of it to buy a loaf of breat before much longer LOL !!

ZERO PROOF exists anywhere on planet earth that GIFA INC conducts ANY actual "business or commerce" of ANY kind, it literally does not exist in google etc which is IMPOSSIBLE unless a total fraud n scam !!

I can find the mom n pops shoe repair or an auto mechanic in Cyprus and even the TRNC "side of the island" - but I can not find ANYTHING related to "Wow, our big TRNC company GIFA is doing blah blah" - EXCEPT in Yeni Bakis which is ALL one need so know this is a giant crime scene and makes most OTC con jobs pale by comparison LMAO !!
