Its getting there right! We always new that State must produce regulation (Legal) FIRST. Then the Feds come in. Right now the site shows -- Federal "Requirements"
and State "Regulations". This is correct until Chuck Schumer and associates bring their A game to the table, or the republican side falls asleep - lol.

We know what has to happen within the two different budgets of the FDA and DEA. We know that the LOA(s) for accountability for those two are in line and on line.

Writing Policy is the hard part, and key to statement one above, whereas the state level creates and tests, and Federal level accumulates, processes best practices and rolls out.

We know that if BLPG is playing correctly, they have accounted for each of the three states laws/rules and are moving smartly forward.

We KNOW that many larger companies are on the sidelines and waiting, and that a number of larger organizations will just buy up already aligned companies so they don't have to take the current risks.

We know BLPG has kept very quite about many things rather than explode their stock with any type of news, which they could have benefited from.

We know that contract positions and being awarded such must be kept under wraps for a time frame.

We know that if any company that is highlighted during the contract award period is highlighted in such a way as to give said secret away that can result in a number of negatives.

Why does it mention Nevada, yet not post any address for it? What is the importance of location in CO and AZ?

Is this a pump and dump scheme, or by Monday will we be at a buck or more?

You all tell me why BLPG did not benefit from pushing news early on?
