You have a retirement plan right? You get a million shares for $150. .00015 right? What would your ROI be if the company was bought out, or even if it only has half the success it had in Canada over the next two years? God forbid, but what if it only gets to .005? Would it be worth converting then?
I agree that most won't convert because they don't have the cash to do so.. Whatever cash is sent in, it could very possible that Sandy uses it to buy back shares already out there and thus control dillution.
This PR hasn't been out for 5 hours and you have the company tanking!
