Institutional ownership usually has covenants requiring selling for stocks being delisted. Looks like a lot of them decided the first day of the 4th quarter was the best time to unload and take losses. Next week should produce a "bounce point". I'm targeting ~$5M market cap (~$0.035 share price), as well as 10 on the RSI.
