Your first and third arguments are weak. However your second argument has some merit but not entirely as rdgl is already at JH taking care of business ahead of time to make sure once plan is approved we can begin testing. Regarding the dilution aspect I will say yet again that every company has this concern in the otc. That’s one of the reason it’s otc to begin with. Pretty sure all longs here are aware of the risks associated with such concern. Be it as it may if you do not like even by your estimate 50/50 sell and move on. I’d take 50/50 odds anyday and twice on Sunday. But imho from what I have seen over the years be that of progress whether turtle speed or rabbit speed no pun intended) it has been progress. To top it off we now have the patent and are expanding isopet. Maybe not be October or December but definitely within the 1st Q of 2023 we should know whether to open the sails or drop anchor for a bit longer
