Wrong. All depends on when shareholders bought in.
005-007 newbies bought in low. PCTL now .0076-77

Other buyers, but traders, bought PCTL a couple of
years back and rode it up from .02-,09 - huge gains.

Lots of OTC stocks go weak or slump over time. No
references to periodic moves up in the figures listed.

I have made moola on other OTCs over many years,
so figures not including periodic spikes mean so little.

Congrats to the new 005-007 buyers who have made
money, now sit on monie$ made. I know that feeling!

Time for me to nibble some more PCTL before news
or updates. Some things being worked now. Sweet!
