i know a fella that i told about ecsl and their patents as he is an engineer and found cyberfuels facinating. he has a device on his pickup, that turns water into ''browns gas''. i wanted one and he said it isnt at the 'user friendly' stage yet, and as an engineer he has to tinker with it regularly, but, he produces ''browns gas'' and runs his pickup on it. the article you posted and this experience of my own with a friend tells me there are many ways to skin the cat...we are the ones at the of the tip of the spear with cyberfuels.
i had to bone up on browns gas, as it was new to me. this all occurred a few years ago and i need to check with him for an update.
