$BLEG Share Structure is looking great.

Issued and Outstanding 296,982,816 It will be 236,982,816 per Company PRs. Looks like it was updated on the 12th.
Held at DTC 32,812,139 Basically what's in the float.

The way this has traded over the last 2 years with light volume, I personally don't believe that full 32, 812,139 is in the float yet. I feel there would have been higher volume throughout the year. The last three weeks have been much better in terms of trading volume. I think the increased liquidity here will start to build stronger support and we should see this thing run. IMO.
