A little more research on the "business entity filed documents" listed on the Open Corporates website. First, there are not many companies to research but in every single case, this was the formation of new entities. 1 of the companies was David Lazars. Most investors should be aware of that name, he is the king of reverse mergers. The other thing of note was that none of the filings were listed on the sec of state. They were just followed by articles of merger or amended lists.

I think we are about to make a major pivot here but the silence has definitely created a darkest before the dawn scenario.
