The big MYTH now being peddled is that the bullshit "CA STEM CELL CLINIC CHAIN CASE" is somehow going to "change" the LEGAL FACT THAT USRM aka THIS HUNK OF SHIT - is PERMANENTLY ENJOINED VIA INJUNCTION from ever ever ever jacking around with their SVF scam bullshit EVER again !!!
USRM lost and lost BIG to the 11th circuit APPEALS COURT which has total power over the region of FLORIDA + GEORGIA + ALABAMA !!
ONLY the SUPREME COURT OF THEE UNITED STATES can over-ride or overrule ANYTHING the 11th circuit did to US STEM CELL !!
The CA CASE is a LOWER district federal court - thus has NO POWER over what is already OVER AND DONE in Florida !!
Moreover - it's highly, highly likely the FDA WILL APPEAL THE CA CASE - as they know they already kicked the shit out of SVF and US STEM in FL and at the 11th circuit which was some VERY SR HIGHLY RESPECTED JUDGES - the main judge was actually a D.C. (Washington D.C. Sr bench appeals judge) and they ""called him in" to the 11th circuit where he helps out on major high profile case - he, Judge Douglas Ginsburg smoked US STEM CELL like dropping a tactical nuke on um - and that judge is HIGHLY regarded and respected all the way to the SCOTUS !!
ALSO - NONE OF IT MATTER ANYMORE as the spin doctor sham fake PhD is a GONNER as she left to go teach Yoga and Zoom Spin classes (LMFAO !!) and Miguel Tomas DUMPED their last "stem cell clinics" - they have NO "stem cell clinics" any longer as related to this STINKY PINKY PENNY STOCK CON JOB !!
