A royalty is based on NET income, post cost of production.

Let us call a barrel of whatever swill this turd is pumping (prolly sour) $100/bbl crude. Lets say cost of production and transport is $40/bbl. So $60/bbl net.

0.00175/100 * 416 * $60 = $0.44 per day!

Wow, a whole year of this royalty stream will just cover the cost of the PR.

It will take a DECADE just to pay for the legal fees for drawing up and reviewing the royalty interest transaction.
