In the Quarterly Report, there is picture of the major companies that GestureTek has done business with in the past. The section reads: "A screen shot collection of the logos of some of GestureTek’s past customers for GestureTek products, services or licensing is shown below. Such is the foundation for Winning Brands and
GestureTek management to build future shareholder value for Winning Brands"

Eric seems more concerned about selling $9.00 cans of wine and cleaning products that sell for dollars when he should be going after renewing contracts with the major companies GestureTek has done business with in the past. I am a shareholder like all of you and I want WNBD to be successful, but it has to be on tech sales and not fluff from Eric.

What concerns me is the lack of sales being generated by GestureTek before the acquisition means they did not have the money to invest in R&D and keep up with the advancements in gesture-based technology. In the technology industry, where everything is constantly changing and advancing, you need to have money to do R&D, and even with the acquisition, how does WNBD intend on providing GestureTek with the necessary funds for R&D when we're not hearing about sales and revenue dropped in the last quarter?

Also in reference to the $15 million dollars, who is going to give Eric a dollar a share when you can buy WNBD for $0.001?
