I don't see the need at this point for "holding them accountable". To me their performance is a buy, sell or add in my trading account issue.

For those who pay attention to the IR tweets of the last couple months there are a couple of imminent deadlines for grant applications. Grants are non-dilutive. A great method of infusing capital into the company IMO. I fully support time spent on meeting those deadlines and the many hours it takes to make a worthy case for funding, even if it slowed progress somewhere else.

There is a lot going on IMO. Gonna wait and see how it comes together with stuff I am not aware of as well.
