OTC is the wild west. Most speculate on stories for potential apperception that honestly never materializes. And in some cases its not the company’s fault.

The most I lost on one trade was $55K on a OTC company that I was misled. I blame myself because I didn’t do enough DD and ultimately that cost me.

I do not like exploition against those who honestly are buying a stock based on the merits promoted by the company especially when there is 3rd interferes.

In my humble opinion of course:)
