You're not a 'stakeholder', you're an equity holder.
Ya ya ya, I know the Investopedia definition 'stakeholder' yada yada yada, however, in the context of the proceedings it was defined very clearly.
In the end, "Equity" holders are last in line and concerning Delaware 4612067 - former Bioamber, both secured creditors & unsecured creditors remain impaired = therefore = "Equity" holders get zero...
