Normally a stock price gets a bump on the run up to a big news date due to so-called 'Fear-of-Missing-Out'--followed by a drop in price after the news breaks...With that in mind, I was expecting to see a price run-up to at least a nickel for DPLS ending with today's trading session since it's the last date you can qualify for the dividend per D'O...But the stock once again is heading south...Since announcements about Optilan shares were already made previously could that mean that the expectations were already 'baked in'? Other than that I just don't understand why the stock's performance has been so tepid...Thoughts?
