I have 40 million BKMP shares=
I have 40 billion BKMP-PP shares=
I would have to pay the TRANSFER AGENT $150.00 per billion shares to convert to common shares of ------BKMP-PP.
That is $6,000.00 out of my pocket to have 40 million shares of preferred common shares of BKMP-PP.
my preffered are becoming preffered common??
At my expense.
I am paying to dilute myself-------------------
In my opinion, and that is the one that counts to me!

To borrow an old movie addage pertaining to BMKP/BMKP-PP.

"I SHALL BUY NO MORE FOREVER" anything related to this scam.

My simple opnion, YOU MAKE A GIFT, YOU DO NOT TAKE IT BACK----AND CHARGE THE RECIPIENT OF THE GIFT.
