Thank you. I see the "debt to a related party" but it looks very minor. I guess I worry about Note 5 - the 10 million in preferred shares that could convert into 10 billion of outstanding shares. I also wonder about Living 360 and Saeb's wife's role there. Generally I get a funny feeling when a wife or family member plays a prominent role.
