Not if the supply is controlled by discover, insiders, insiders friends and family. Many Legacy longs will give there shares up once even or at a small gain and that's likely below .0025 when volumes will still be 500 mil to 1.5 billion daily volume. There have been countless tickers in otc history with bloated O/S like $BYOC that were nothing but shells with no future than ran to multiple billion $ MC's. If the supply is tied up they could run this to whatever pps they want. I cam think of numerous prs they could generate enormous daily PA to continue to tie up shares for a $DPLS type of run, also bloated. GL
