Only FACTS is SFIO has not been audited.

Only FACTS is SFIO VIOLATED OTC Markets disclosure requirements.

Only FACTS is SFIO was IMMEDIATELY removed from OTC PINK status and issued an “INVESTORS WARNING” symbol

Only FACTS and STATS is SFIO closed near its 52 week low $0.0136
