Gee, These articles don't seem to imply such doom and gloom for the philippine real estate market. Sounds like especially the upper end or resort model is doing very well and a few companies are making good money at it.....NOW. Why one of those even sound like it's around the area of where SFIO is looking to build.

Of course I'm sure you could find reasons for concern for the overall general real estate market...... Especially if you specifically go looking for it!! Maybe some don't realize that the problems of the pandemic are coming to a close until it close and things are starting to turn around.
