Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

That's what I worry about. In my case I'm in with no excess cash, so I don't know for sure how it turns out for me.

Plus for FNMA, they could still bring their own lawsuit.

Because double jeopardy is a non issue here.

So I'm good. I might have to wait longer for FNMA to get it done, but I'll be fine.
