Dilution is always something to be concerned about. However, here they will put it to good use to grow the company unlike most OTC companies that self-enrich themselves. We don't have any toxic lending here which is a good thing, and if they did, I would be very concerned. What I see here is a long-term play with big growth. Just with Endeavor alone the rev's and spin off's will be there in a big way.
