I can't disclose the specifics about gdvm to you privately but many shells like gdvm go for about 100-200k so the thought of 12.9% of the OS being worth 1.9M is a dream of you ask me. Restricted shares is also worth noting.

I did not PR the financials as we are currently transitioning with the audit and other internal processes. I look forward to getting everything caught up with a handful of PRs when the time is right. Speaking of which, I hope the shareholders will trust that we have our reasons for timing of PRs, aside from what is required - I have not forgotten my commitment to be transparent and I feel that encouraging people to read and understand the filings is overall a good thing. If forced to learn more about filings, they will see how we differ from other pink sheet companies more readily.
