The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) regulates firms and individuals who are in the business of advising or trading in securities or commodity futures, contracts and options, and firms that manage investment funds in Ontario. https://www.osc.ca/en

I personally don’t see a difference between the OSC and the British Columbia Securities Commission https://www.bcsc.bc.ca/ other than the TSX is physically located in Toronto, Ontario.

I can see where both the OSC and BCSC should both have influence on NioCorp stock/mining regulations etc., seeing as how NioCorp is incorporated in British Columbia.
