in Feb had we been told that in August the filings would not be worked out we would bombard the CEO with phone calls and emails. But being that we are like sheep following whatever hint of a new eta the wind brings we will be going into october with nothing changing. Maybe a full year, I would not be suprised. An accounting firm taking this long to get filings done for a small company is unheard of.

If it really was the accounting Billy could just have let go of Marcum in April and gave it to another firm that would get it done in a week or two. He can do that even now. ...
