There is only 190M shares outstanding. Hardly worth destroying the stock by an R/S. Harry already said he would not delute anymore. I would like to believe him. He has plenty of cash. His other company $GASS is doing well. Doesn't need any of Impps money as someone has suggested. This stock churns the float over and over again more times than I can count. It should start moving up one of these days. The value of his 10 ships are worth far more than the current market cap as I recall. On paper this stock is a steal at current prices. $IMPP
